Throughout her career of more than 20 years, Elizabeth has dedicated herself to understanding and mastering the complex balancing act between business's need to generate sustainable profit and community's need for development and support.

She has learned and achieved this in both the private and not-for-profit sectors, at all levels of management. Some of her key roles have included:

  • Sponsorship Manager for internationally renowned arts organisation The Adelaide Festival Centre Trust, where she developed and managed a portfolio in excess of $1.5m
  • Establishment and development of an organisation within the sporting/retail sector
  • Fundraising Manager for the Australian Cranio-Maxillo Facial Foundation
  • State Manager SA & NT for the Leukaemia Foundation
  • Development of the Adelaide Festival Centre Foundation
  • Team member developing the Climatic Impact Centre research unit, Macquarie University

Elizabeth has also personally raised many major philanthropic gifts from private donors, foundations and the corporate sector. She holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Marketing), and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and Member of the Fundraising Institute - Australia.
